We are a small, senior, remote-first team headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Everyone here works directly on the product and directly with the compliance teams who use it. There are no layers between the work and the customer.
That shapes who does well here: people with real depth in healthcare IT or Medicare Advantage compliance who want ownership of meaningful problems, flexible hours, and a focus on outcomes rather than hours logged.
