Our Services assist with compliance management but do not provide legal, medical, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your organization's compliance.

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay fees according to the pricing and payment terms presented. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. For Services involving PHI, we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by HIPAA.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information that you provide to us in connection with the Services ("Confidential Information") and will use such information only as necessary to provide the Services or as otherwise permitted under these Terms. We will protect Confidential Information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevana Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding a claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sevana Health harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Certain provisions, including confidentiality, limitations of liability, and intellectual property rights, survive termination.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any BAA, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services.
